Your data, explained plainly.

What we store

• Twitch ID, username, display name, avatar, and Twitch account type.
• Profile preferences, badges, vibe points, login dates, and channel reward activity.
• Profile visibility choices controlling your public profile, Viewer Directory listing, and VIP Lounge listing.
• Optional push notification subscription and preference data.
• Moderator reports and optional moderator email-forwarding addresses.
• A secure session cookie required to keep you logged in.

Why we use it

• To authenticate with Twitch and provide your community profile.
• To operate moderation, reports, badges, rewards, and notifications.
• To protect the website and enforce moderator/admin permissions.

We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.

You can change profile visibility at any time from Customize Profile. Hidden profiles and listings are excluded from the relevant directories and search results.

Who receives it

• Twitch, when you choose Twitch login or use embedded Twitch features.
• The hosting provider, which processes website files and sessions.
• Web Push providers, only after you grant notification permission.
• Site moderators/admins, where needed for moderation and reports.

Retention

• Sessions expire after approximately 24 hours.
• Profiles remain until deletion is requested.
• Push subscriptions are removed with account deletion.
• Closed moderation reports are retained for up to 365 days by default; retained reports are pseudonymised when an account is deleted.
